First Officer Position

 

DESCRIPTION: The First Officer shall assist the PIC to uphold the integrity of the company Standard Operating Procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensures the safe operation of the aircraft
  • Actively support the company operation with familiarity of Company Operations Manual, Maintenance Control Manual, Aircraft Care
  • Any other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Commercial Pilot Licence
  • Category I Medical
  • Current Group 1 Instrument Rating
  • Minimum 250 hours total time
  • Aviation College or University Degree is an asset
  • Pilots that do not meet the minimum requirements may be considered based on experience and other factor

 

CAPTAIN POSITION

 

DESCRIPTION: The captain shall lead the flight crew in safe operation of the aircraft. Lead in preparation and management of flights. Ensure integrity of the company Standard Operating Procedures DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Safe operation of the aircraft
  • Ensure compliance with company manuals and CARs
  • Any other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Commercial Pilot Licence
  • Category I Medical
  • Current Group 1 Instrument Rating
  • Minimum 750 hours total time, 100 Hours Multi-Engine
  • Aviation College or University Degree is an asset
  • Pilots that do not meet the minimum requirements may be considered based on experience and other factors
  • PA31-350 PPC an asset

 

Flight Operations Coordinator and Customer Service

 

DESCRIPTION: Supervision of daily flight operations and monitoring of the operational control centre. Solving problems as they arise.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedules crews
  • Arranges hotels and transportation for overnight pilots
  • Re-assign crews due to schedule disruptions
  • Provide high quality customer service
  • Check-in passengers for flights in an efficient and timely manner
  • Perform pre-flight check-in procedures by assigning seats as per aircraft weight and balance
  • Assist in loading of passengers and ensuring aircraft is secured for flight
  • Respond to all passenger enquiries via telephone and email
  • Maintain constant communication with customers
  • Maintain accurate records, financials as per daily operations
  • Maintain commitment to the highest standard of customer service
  • Other Duties as assigned

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize
  • High initiative and goal oriented
  • Fluent with many different forms of computer software including, Microsoft Office, Excel, and willing to learn company software
  • Quick learner and ability to be assertive
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in the English language
  • Dependable and willing to take charge
  • Ability to work flexible hours
